We are looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to join the team at ZSL London Zoo

The cafés are open 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm, serving pizza, sandwiches and salads for the entire family to enjoy.

Café Supervisor role overview

The ideal candidate will:

• Oversee day-to-day operations by ensuring that our products and services are always of the highest standard
• Support the management team in improving sales and service
• Ensuring high levels of food safety and health & safety are maintained at all times
• Have good knowledge of the food industry as well as outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
