Diversity, equality, inclusion and mental health
At Benugo we have created a workplace that is inclusive for all our employees, ensuring that everyone feels supported and that their voice matters.
Diversity, equality and inclusion are guiding principles for Benugo. We recognise that each of us is different and brings to the table a lifetime of experiences and knowledge.
We have the following groups that meet regularly, taken from our diverse workforce and from all levels of the business: LGBT+, BAME, Woman in Industry and Mental Health. We also focus on many other groups including; Growing Families, Neurodiversity, Disability, as well as focusing on different age groups.
These groups play an active role in supplying content for our online training platforms and ensuring key stakeholders are aware of and address any relevant issues.
We also have a growing number of team members trained in Mental Health First Aid, on-hand to support their colleagues through any challenging times.
