Job Summary
We are looking for a Commis Chef to join us in the Museum Kitchen at the National Museum of Scotland.
The Museum Kitchen is open seven days a week, serving a range of stone-baked pizzas, fresh salads and mains using local produce.
Commis Chef Role
The ideal candidate will:
- Prepare and present our dishes
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Support the rest of kitchen team wherever necessary
