Job Summary
We are looking for a Team Leader to join the team at Urquhart Castle at the Lochview Café.
Open seven days a week, we serve visitors to the castle a lunch, delicious cakes and hot drinks.
About the Team Leader role
The ideal candidate will:
- Supervise, manage and motivate team members during your shifts
- Continuously work towards improving sales and service
- Support and manage the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, training and mentoring
- Ensure high levels of food safety and health & safety are maintained at all times
