Also serving gelato with a variety of tempting toppings. We offer gluten-free bases and both vegetarian and vegan pizzas. To find us, turn left as soon as you enter the Museum and keep going.

Find us on the left hand side of the magnificent Great Court where you can pick up a hot drink and cake or grab a freshly made salad or sandwich for lunch.

With plenty of grab and go options and a large cake table, the West Café is on the right-hand side of the Great Court as you enter the museum. There’s plenty of seating options or you could enjoy your food outside, weather permitting.

Enjoy an unforgettable experience in our Great Court Restaurant under the iconic latticed glass roof of the British Museum’s Great Court. Look out for our special exhibition-themed menus. Afternoon tea is a museum must do – a splendid spread of sandwiches, cakes and scones and perfectly brewed teas.
