Paying tribute to this Scottish icon, Benugo in Queen Anne Tearooms in Edinburgh Castle are offering two Taste of Scotland platters, sampling the best produce that Scotland has to offer. We have two delicious options to choose from: fish; meat and cheese.
Also available are our special cocktails, both created with Edinburgh Castle’s own whisky.
🍸 ‘Toast to the lassies’ – Edinburgh Castle whisky, baileys, raspberry purée, oat milk. This cocktail is inspired by the traditional Scottish dessert, cranachan.
🥃 ‘Reply to the laddies’ – Edinburgh Castle whisky, honey, cocoa bitters, orange bitters, lemon, egg white, honeycomb.
That’s not all… a must-try is our haggis pizza (yes that’s right!) at National Museum Scotland, Museum Kitchen.
Other Benugo locations in Stirling Castle, Fort George and Urquhart Castle also offer a delicious range of freshly baked Scottish cakes, perfect for Burns Day and every day.
Sláinte Mhath to everyone!
